All orders are shipped from within the United States, ensuring fast, reliable delivery for our U.S. customers. We’re also pleased to offer shipping to Australia and New Zealand—please note that these are considered international shipments.
Ordering Process

Once your order is confirmed, our professional US based fulfilment partner will process it within 1-2 business days. During peak periods, this processing time may extend slightly, but we always strive to be as efficient as possible.

Yeastrix partners with reputable shipping carriers to ensure your orders are delivered safely and promptly. You can choose from various shipping options during checkout, including standard and expedited delivery.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method. To view the applicable shipping fees, simply enter your address during checkout before making the payment.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Use this number to monitor your package’s progress and estimated delivery date.
5. Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the shipping method chosen and your location. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days, while expedited shipping may take 1-3 business days.
International Shipping
We’re excited to now offer shipping to customers in the USA, Australia, and New Zealand!
Please note that orders shipped to Australia and New Zealand are considered international, as we are currently shipping from the USA. To help offset the additional costs, we charge a flat shipping rate of $20 USD for international orders.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. These charges vary by country, so we recommend checking with your local customs office for details before placing your order.
Shipping and delivery times for international orders may also be longer than domestic U.S. deliveries. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
