The 3-stage dosing method is a targeted approach developed by New Zealand naturopath Eric Bakker. It combines decades of clinical experience with the very latest in gut microbiome health science. This method uses antimicrobial balancing supplements through careful dosing, strategic cycling, and consistent microbiome support incorporating enzymes and probiotics —to help restore balance and function.

1 – INITIATION (Weeks 1–2)

Start gently to reduce die-off and let your system adjust. Ideal for first-time users or sensitive individuals.

Dosage Guidelines:

Candida Cleanse: 1–2 caps daily with food. Sensitive? Start with 1/day.

Daily Probiotic: 1 cap twice daily with meals.

Active Enzymes: 1 cap twice daily with meals.

2 – TREATMENT (Weeks 3–8) Time to turn up the heat.

This phase clears Candida, bacteria, and biofilms.

Cycle dosages for best results.

Candida Cleanse:

• Standard: 1–3 caps, 2–3x daily with food.

• High Dose: 6–9 caps daily (1–2 weeks).

• Medium Dose: 3–6 caps daily (1–2 weeks).

• Low Dose: 1–3 caps daily (1–2 weeks).

• Optional: Alternate high/low every 7–14 days for 1–2 months.

• Sensitive? Try 2 caps/day and build slowly.

Candida Cleanse: 1–2 caps daily with meals/snacks. Continue 6–12 months as needed. Some do well on 2–4 caps/day under stress. Drop to 1/day during travel, poor sleep, or flare-ups.

Daily Probiotic: 1–2 caps daily with meals. Optional: 1–2 caps at night on empty stomach. Long-term use supports gut and immune health.

Active Enzymes: 1 cap per meal (3x/day), reduce as digestion improves. Drop to 1/day with heavier meals. Adjust based on bloating, energy, and food tolerance.

    I’ve been dealing with gut issues and yeast infections for years and I’m sick of trying things that don’t work.  I was gifted the  Gut Restore Kit to try and I’m so happy I did.
