At Yeastrix, we’re committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 60-day return policy for unopened and undamaged products. Our goal is to make the process as seamless as possible while maintaining the highest level of customer care.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • Unopened and undamaged products with all original factory seals intact may be returned within 60 days of receiving your order for a refund.
  • We do not provide refunds for opened products unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact our Customer Support Team as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.

How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process:

  2. If returning an unopened product, we will provide instructions on sending it back.
  3. If reporting a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, we may ask for a photo for verification before processing your request.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of receipt of the product.
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed. If you do not receive one, please contact us.

  • When does the 60-day period start?
    The return window starts from the day you receive your order, not the purchase date. We keep track of delivery dates for accuracy.
  • Do I have to return the item in its original packaging?
    While the original packaging is preferred, a securely padded box is acceptable if the original is unavailable.
  • Who covers return shipping?
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
