This Orders & Shipping page is designed to answer all your questions about the ordering process, shipping methods, and delivery times. All orders are shipped from within the United States, ensuring fast, reliable delivery for our U.S. customers. We’re also pleased to offer shipping to Australia and New Zealand—please note that these are considered international shipments.

Ordering Process

1. Adding to Cart

When you find the desired product, simply select the quantity and click the “Add to Cart” button. You can continue browsing or proceed to checkout.

2. Checkout

Review your cart to ensure all items and quantities are correct. At checkout, you’ll need to provide your billing and shipping information. If you have any applicable discount codes, don’t forget to apply them here.

3. Payment

We accept various payment methods, including major credit cards and secure online payment platforms. Choose your preferred option and follow the instructions to complete the payment process.

4. Order Confirmation

After successfully placing your order, you will receive an email confirming the details of your purchase and a tracking number for your convenience. Please keep this email for your records.

Shipping Information

1. Processing Time

Once your order is confirmed, our professional US based fulfilment partner will process it within 1-2 business days. During peak periods, this processing time may extend slightly, but we always strive to be as efficient as possible.

2. Shipping Methods

Yeastrix partners with reputable shipping carriers to ensure your orders are delivered safely and promptly. You can choose from various shipping options during checkout, including standard and expedited delivery.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method. To view the applicable shipping fees, simply enter your address during checkout before making the payment.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Use this number to monitor your package’s progress and estimated delivery date.

5. Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the shipping method chosen and your location. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days, while expedited shipping may take 1-3 business days.

International Shipping

We’re excited to offer shipping to customers in the United States, Australia, New Zealand, and Guam.

Please note that all orders are currently dispatched from our fulfilment centre in Florida, USA. Orders shipped to Australia, New Zealand, and Guam are considered international and are charged a flat shipping rate of $20 USD to help offset shipping costs.

Estimated Delivery Times

While delivery times can vary depending on your location and customs processing, typical delivery estimates are:

  • Australia: 7–14 business days
  • New Zealand: 7–14 business days
  • Guam: Delivery times may vary.

Customs & Import Charges

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges that may apply. These vary by country, so we recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order.

Customers Outside Our Shipping Countries

If your country isn’t currently available at checkout, we’re unfortunately unable to ship physical supplements there at this time.

However, our downloadable Candida programs (PDFs) are available electronically and do not require shipping.

Some international customers also choose to use a freight forwarding service with a delivery address in one of our supported shipping countries. If you choose this option, please note that Yeastrix is responsible only for delivery to the freight forwarding address provided at checkout. We cannot guarantee delivery beyond that point or advise on customs regulations in your destination country.
